Handcrafted from an antique piccolo (usually from late 1800's to mid 1900's)
I purchase an antique 6 key piccolo (usually one that is no longer playable) and completely restore it. The finger keys are silver and the wood is ebony. After completely disassembling and restoring the wood and silver finger keys, I handcraft the wood to receive the titanium silver pen parts. These woodwind instruments will no longer make sound, but they can now pen music and live a second life! I need plenty of notice and time to finish one of these as the process is very time consuming. (commissions start at $500)
